A live lead-discovery SaaS that turns Google Maps prospecting into scored leads, outreach context, and deployable demo sites for agencies and freelancers.
My role
Founder and lead engineer owning product strategy, AI workflow design, backend architecture, billing, dashboard UX, deployment, and public research.

Overview
MyLeadBots is the current flagship product: an AI-native SaaS for agencies and freelancers who need to find overlooked local businesses and turn them into outreach-ready prospects.
Problem
Manual prospecting is slow, noisy, and hard to prioritize. My research scanned 100 local businesses across Lahore, Saudi Arabia, and Japan and found that 90% had no meaningful digital presence.
Architecture
- Lead runs start from city, niche, and ICP inputs, then enrich Google Maps-style business data.
- Python/FastAPI services coordinate scraping, enrichment, scoring, and generation workflows.
- LLM-assisted scoring turns raw local-business signals into outreach-ready context.
- Demo-site generation creates shareable static URLs tailored to the target business.
- Billing and account flows support a real SaaS business, not just a showcase demo.
